Jollibee EMEAA is looking for a results-driven Research and Development Managerto support product innovation, technology transfer, and process excellence across the region. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality, cost-efficient, and compliant products from concept to commercialization while supporting business growth across EMEAA markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new product development from concept to market launch across EMEAA markets.
- Establish and standardize product formulations, processes, and quality standards within regional guardrails.
- Conduct product technology transfer to commissaries and accredited third-party toll processors.
- Drive product and process improvements for quality, efficiency, manufacturing optimization, and supply sustainability.
- Support supplier development, alternative raw materials and packaging, and supply chain initiatives.
- Ensureregulatory compliance, including food safety, labeling, and country-specific requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver menu architecture and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in food technology or chemistry
- Minimum of 5 years experience in R&D and/or QA within QSR or food manufacturing
- Strong background in food formulation, processing, quality, and food safety.
