We're Hiring: R&D Supervisor (Coffee) | Mediterraneo.
Mediterraneo is looking for an experienced R&D Supervisor to support and supervise product development activities for coffee products.
Candidates with prior experience in coffee, tea, or herbal products are welcome, as long as they have strong hands-on exposure to coffee R&D and processing.
Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science (or related).
*3-5 years of hands-on R&D experience in coffee or tea and herbs.
*Strong technical skills in coffee formulation, trials, roasting/blending, and process optimization.
*Good communication skills and good command of English.
