Role Overview
One of our clients is seeking adaptable and detail-oriented professionals to support a large-scale
AI research initiative. This project focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining high-quality task datasets used to improve advanced
language models and
AI-driven systems. The role is project-based and ideal for individuals with strong
analytical reasoning,
research skills, and
writing abilities.
What You'll Do
- Create structured prompts across a broad range of general-interest and analytical topics
- Review, edit, and refine AI-generated responses for clarity, factual accuracy, coherence, and logical consistency
- Develop iterative prompt-response variations by adjusting tone, structure, formatting, or constraints
- Identify weaknesses, edge cases, and failure points in model outputs to support benchmarking and evaluation efforts
- Apply consistent quality standards across multiple content formats, including summaries, Q&A tasks, analytical writing, and instructional content
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in research, education, writing, editing, analysis, or a related field
- Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, concisely, and accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and critical-thinking skills
- Comfortable working independently with evolving guidelines and feedback
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) or AI-assisted writing tools
- Experience with structured content creation, evaluation frameworks, or quality assurance processes
Work Details
- Independent contractor engagement
- Fully remote and asynchronous work environment
- Expected availability of 1025 hours per week
- Project duration of approximately 2 weeks, with potential extension based on project needs
- Work delivered through batch-based task assignments
Compensation
- Compensation based on scope, experience, and performance
- Performance-based incentives may be available
- Paid weekly
