The Research Associate will play a critical role in driving innovation and product development within the organization. Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development activities in formulation science and material understanding, including projects focused on skincare, haircare, and baby care products.
- Develop and test new product formulations in alignment with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with safety and efficacy requirements.
- Utilize basic laboratory tools to perform experiments and analyze results, including the use of software for data analysis.
- Implement stability protocols and formulation assessments to ensure product quality, including long-term and accelerated stability studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cosmetics innovation and product development, participating in brainstorming sessions and project reviews.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in personal care, baby care, and hair care, contributing insights to product strategy.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a research and development role, preferably in the cosmetics or personal care industry.
- Strong understanding of product development principles, formulation science, and product testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with R&D processes and protocols, including stability testing and formulation assessments.
- Proficient in using basic laboratory tools and techniques, as well as software for data analysis (e.g., Excel, statistical software).
- Tech-savvy with a passion for innovation and science-driven approaches.
