Overview
The Junior Research Executive plays a key role in supporting
quantitative market research projects across diverse sectors. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in research and analytics. The role focuses on data-driven insights, requiring strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Working under guidance, you will assist in managing research processes, analysing datasets, and delivering actionable findings that inform client decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Quantitative Data Analysis & Reporting
- Perform statistical analysis on survey data to identify trends and correlations
- Use tools such as SPSS and Excel to clean, process, and interpret large datasets
- Prepare clear, concise reports and visualisations that communicate quantitative findings
Project Support
- Assist in the execution of end-to-end quantitative research projects
- Coordinate with internal teams (fieldwork, data processing, analytics) and external vendors
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in data collection and reporting
Research
- Support the development of survey questionnaires and sampling plans
- Monitor fieldwork progress to maintain data integrity
- Apply quantitative methodologies to meet client objectives
Client Engagement
- Contribute to client presentations by highlighting key numerical insights
- Respond to client queries with data-backed answers
- Build understanding of client needs to deliver relevant quantitative solutions
Market & Industry Knowledge
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging quantitative techniques
- Apply market knowledge to strengthen research recommendations
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, or related field
- Experience: 02 years in market research or data analysis (internships welcome)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SPSS, Excel, and survey platforms; familiarity with data visualisation tools
- Analytical Skills: Strong numerical reasoning and ability to interpret quantitative data
- Communication: Ability to present complex data in a clear, client-friendly manner
- Project Management: Organised and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
- Languages: English and Arabic preferred
