About Us
We're a global cryptocurrency exchange with a long operating history and a user base spanning most major markets. Our partnerships function sits close to the commercial centre of the business, and we work remote-first — ownership, pace and direct communication matter more here than face time.
Why This Role Exists
Our Global Partnerships team covers three broad areas: asset listings, TradFi, and Web3 products such as DEX, wallets and blockchain infrastructure. The opportunity set has widened faster than our research capacity, and we want someone dedicated to the analysis behind each deal — mapping the landscape, stress-testing what's in front of us, and converting messy market information into a recommendation someone can act on. To be clear on scope: this is broad Web3 research, not listings research.
What You'll Own
- Following market movement and flagging partnership opportunities worth pursuing across listings, TradFi and Web3
- Watching what competitors are doing on the partnership side, and forming a view on where we should match them, differentiate, or go harder
- Diligence on prospective partners — the business itself, the people running it, who's backing it, and any reputational exposure
- Pulling apart comparable deals: how they were structured commercially, and what the pricing, fees, revenue share and incentive terms looked like
- Writing the short-form output the team actually uses — opportunity briefs, diligence summaries, competitor updates, deal comparisons — for both the partnerships team and management
- Feeding into strategy, negotiation prep and how we prioritise the pipeline
- Standing up and maintaining internal records of partner profiles, competitor activity, commercial terms and what we learned from past deals
Who We're Looking For
- Around 5+ years somewhere analytical and commercial: research, strategy, consulting, banking, corporate development, VC, fintech, financial services or digital assets
- English at native level, with writing strong enough to carry a recommendation on its own
- Real judgment, not just data gathering — you can compress complexity into something short and usable
- A track record of company, market, competitor or transaction analysis
- Comfortable running several workstreams at once and turning things around quickly
- Helpful but not required: exposure to exchanges, listings, brokers, pre-IPO deals, stablecoins, tokenisation, DeFi, wallets or blockchain infrastructure
- Helpful but not required: having looked at partnership economics or deal structures before
Why This Role Is Worth Your Time
You'd be shaping which partnerships a major global exchange chooses to pursue, with a view across listings, TradFi and Web3 rather than one narrow lane. The work goes straight to the deal team and senior management and drives actual decisions. It suits someone who wants research depth without losing the pace and consequence of sitting next to a commercial team.
