Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Development
Lead a team of researchers and guide them toward higher standards of professionalism.
Build a structured workflow that supports quality, speed, and accuracy.
Coach team members to develop ownership of tasks and readiness for added responsibility.
Set clear performance indicators and ensure each team member understands expectations.

Operational Management
Oversee daily research activities to ensure timely and accurate output.
Monitor workload distribution to keep the team balanced and responsive.
Review completed work and correct recurring issues.
Support the delivery of reports with high attention to detail.
Work closely with cross-border teams and align common goals.
Ensure smooth coordination during fast-paced cycles and high-volume periods.
Improve processes and introduce new methods that strengthen efficiency.

Job Requirements
Experience
At least five years of experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced research or operations environment.
Experience leading and developing a team of at least eight people.
History of restructuring teams and shaping workflows.
Experience working with distributed teams across different countries and cultures.
