Research & Policies Director (UAEN)

We're hiring a Research and Policies Director to for a leading Abu Dhabi Government lead strategy, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

Research and Policies Director++ (Abu Dhabi)

Lead strategy, policy development, and research initiatives across community, and social sectors. Oversee data governance, cross-sector analysis, and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions. Drive innovation in research methodologies and policy frameworks, ensuring alignment with priorities and global best practices. Engage stakeholders, develop advocacy tools, and guide workforce planning and capability building.

Requirements:

• UAEN with FB.
• 12+ years in research, data governance, foresight, and policy development; 5+ years in leadership
• Expertise in data analytics and evidence-based policy design
• Advanced degree in Data Science, Public Policy, or related field preferred
• Certifications in analytics or policy analysis (CAP, ECDS, APAC)
