Job Description

Role Summary

The Research & Product Marketing Analyst will support commercial growth by producing high-quality market intelligence, thought leadership, and Product related sales-enablement content within digital health domain with focus on revenue cycle management (RCM) and across the GCC.

The analyst is expected to translate market insights into Product related commercial narratives, Go-To-Market (GTM) assets, and executive-ready materials that directly support pipeline (inbound marketing) generation, strategic partnerships, and market positioning.

What You'll Do

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct structured research on GCC healthcare providers, payers, regulators, and digital health ecosystems.
  • Track RCM market trends including coding, billing, CDI, prior authorization, and AI-driven automation.
  • Build and maintain competitor intelligence across regional and global RCM and health tech players.
  • Support ICP refinement and account prioritization for Sales and Partnerships teams.
  • Produce executive briefings on market opportunities in UAE, KSA, and Qatar.

Consulting & Strategic Support

  • Support consulting-style analyses for GTM strategy, pricing, and market entry initiatives.
  • Assist in developing RCM products messaging, value propositions, and solution positioning.
  • Prepare structured insights to support leadership decision-making.
  • Contribute to customer success narratives and case study development.

Marketing & Thought Leadership Content

  • Develop high-impact content including:
  • White papers
  • Industry reports
  • LinkedIn thought leadership
  • Sales decks and proposals
  • Market maps
  • Executive briefs
  • Product benchmarking and marketing collateral for events, corporate web site and other social media platforms
  • Translate complex RCM and AI topics into clear commercial messaging.
  • Partner with Leadership, Growth and Sales to create pipeline-supporting content

Research Excellence & Delivery

  • Deliver structured research outputs with strong attention to detail.
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple requests across business development and project teams.
  • Continuously build subject matter expertise in digital health and RCM.

Operations & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain internal knowledge repositories and competitive databases.
  • Support project wrap-ups and knowledge capture processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal research workflows.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and deliverables.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, economics, or related field.
  • 25 years in consulting, market research, digital health, or B2B marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management
  • Demonstrated experience in professional services or research roles.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare consulting is preferred.

  • Exposure to GCC healthcare markets (UAE, KSA strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with secondary research tools and healthcare databases.
  • Experience supporting Sales or Growth teams in B2B environments.
  • Some understanding of AI in healthcare or digital health ecosystems.
  • Arabic language capability (plus, not mandatory).
