Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Researcher role based in Abu Dhabi. The Researcher will be responsible for conducting in-depth qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing complex data sets, and preparing detailed reports. The role involves staying updated on industry trends, gathering relevant information, and communicating findings effectively. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and innovative strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree in International Relations, Political Science, Strategic Studies, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in research, analysis, or within a think tank or similar environment
• Previous work in publishing reports, articles, or analytical pieces is important
• Good understanding of Middle East, Gulf, and African affairs
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Strong writing, analytical, and presentation skills
• Comfortable working within a team environment
