Responsibilities
TikTok's Global Reseller Team manages advertising business across 20+ markets where we operate without a direct sales presence. In these markets, we work with third-party reseller partners to represent TikTok and drive advertising revenue on our behalf.
As Reseller Operations Manager for the CE and METAP region, you will be the day-to-day operational owner of TikTok's reseller partnerships across markets including Kenya, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, central Europe and Africa. You will be responsible for tracking business performance, driving operational efficiency, and working closely with reseller partners and internal teams to ensure revenue targets are met and business standards are upheld.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operations for CE and METAP reseller markets — tracking revenue performance, monitoring target attainment, and identifying gaps and growth opportunities on a weekly basis
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to give clear visibility into market health, advertiser trends, and reseller activity across all CE and METAP markets
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for CE and METAP reseller partners, handling escalations, coordinating support requests, and ensuring issues are resolved with minimal lead time
- Conduct regular business reviews with reseller partners — analyzing spend trends, new advertiser acquisition progress, product adoption rates, and account-level performance
- Identify operational inefficiencies and drive process improvements, including automation of repetitive workflows and coordination with internal teams on system access and tooling
- Track and report on north metrics including share of wallet, new advertiser revenue contribution, and product adoption across CE and METAP markets
- Support new market launches and new reseller onboarding in the CE and METAP region as the business expands
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and policy compliance
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Experience in business operations, partnerships, or sales operations — ideally within digital advertising, media, or tech
- Strong analytical skills — you're comfortable working with large datasets, building reports from scratch, and translating numbers into clear business insights; proficiency in Excel/Sheets is a must, experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) is a plus
- Experience managing external partners or vendors, with the ability to hold partners accountable while maintaining a productive working relationship
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail — comfortable managing multiple markets, multiple stakeholders, and multiple ongoing processes simultaneously
- Clear communicator — able to write concise operational updates and present performance data to internal and external stakeholders without excessive hand-holding
- Self-starter who can identify problems, propose solutions, and drive execution without waiting to be told what to do
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where processes are still being built
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience in a reseller, agency, or channel partner management context
- Exposure to TikTok Ads or other social/performance advertising platforms
- Experience working across multiple time zones and geographically distributed teams
- Familiarity with CE and METAP markets and digital advertising dynamics in emerging markets is a strong plus
