As a Reservations Agent, you are responsible for accurately recording and processing reservations while maximizing room sales through proactive selling and up-selling techniques, ensuring every interaction reflects the light and warmth of Hilton hospitality
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Assist guests with reservations: Provide friendly and professional assistance with reservation enquiries, bookings, amendments, and cancellations, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
- Maximize room sales: Identify opportunities to increase hotel revenue through proactive selling and up-selling while recommending suitable room types, packages, and offers.
- Ensure reservation accuracy: Review and process reservations carefully, ensuring guest details, rates, preferences, and special requirements are correctly recorded and communicated.
- Maintain guest service standards: Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing personalized service that reflects the light and warmth of Hilton hospitality.
- Uphold brand and hotel standards: Follow Hilton brand standards, reservation procedures, credit policies, and hotel guidelines while maintaining accurate records and a professional work environment.

The Following Capabilities And Qualifications Would Be Advantageous

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a similar/relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, reservations, or a similar role.
