About the Job

We are currently seeking a Reservations Agent to provide courteous, prompt, and efficient reservations service to the guests.

About You

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification. A bachelor's degree in hospitality management will be an asset
• Excellent English communication skills in spoken and written are a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PMS (Opera- preferred)
