At Kennah, we are redefining the proptech and hospitality landscape in Egypt. With over 60 properties under management and a vision for rapid growth, we are looking for a Reservations & Guest Experience Manager to be the heartbeat of our booking operations.

What you'll do:

  • Master the Channels: Own our presence on Airbnb, Booking.com, and beyond.
  • Seal the Deal: Drive revenue through direct bookings and corporate partnerships.
  • Be the Hero: Manage guest relations from inquiry to check-out, ensuring every stay is seamless.
  • Strategize: Work closely with leadership to optimize pricing and maximize occupancy.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience: 59 years in hospitality or property management (we are looking for mid-to-senior level energy, strictly under 10 years of experience).
  • Tech Savvy: You know your way around a PMS and Channel Manager like the back of your hand.
  • The Guest-First Mindset: You are a natural problem-solver with exceptional communication skills.
  • Local Insight: Deep understanding of the MENA hospitality market.
