At Stella Stays, you will:
We&aposre on the hunt for a Reservation Specialist with energy, expertise, and a passion for exceeding targets. If you&aposre a pro at handling customer inquiries and bookings, we want you on our team.
You will be responsible for:
- Respond to customer inquiries and bookings through various communication channels (e.g. phone, email, chat) in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about the company&aposs services and products, as well as policies, procedures, and pricing to customers.
- Process bookings and reservations accurately and efficiently within the company&aposs reservation system.
- Monitor and manage the availability of rooms, services, and resources to ensure efficient booking processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer requests and ensure their satisfaction.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues professionally and in a timely manner.
- Work with the management team to develop and implement customer service strategies and initiatives.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve job skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or reservation management, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of reservation management systems and software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
