Role Description

The Reservation Supervisor will oversee all reservation-related activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless process for guests. Daily responsibilities include managing reservation systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling guest inquiries and requests, maintaining strong communication with clients and team members, and training staff to uphold exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of reservations systems and processes, with the ability to manage bookings effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive interactions with guests and staff.
  • Proven experience in customer service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • At least 6 month previous experience in the same role.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS is preferable though it's not a must.
