Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Supervisor located in New Cairo. The Reservation Supervisor will manage and oversee daily reservations operations, ensure customer satisfaction, handle customer inquiries, and manage the reservation system. The role includes training and supporting staff, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Reservations and managing reservation systems
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through high-touch services
- Experience in Training and supporting staff
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Giza
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
