Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. The Reservations Agent will handle booking, modifying, and confirming reservations for guests, ensuring accuracy and premier service. Core responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, managing inquiries via phone or other communication channels, and coordinating closely with other departments.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and handling Reservations
  • Proven experience in Customer Service and strong Communication ability.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and under pressure
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and office software is a plus
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
  • Excellent in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
