Reservations Agent – Holiday Homes

Bloomfield Holiday Homes is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Agent to manage bookings and guest communications across our holiday home portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth reservation process, maximize occupancy, and contribute to an excellent guest experience from inquiry stage through stay completion.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Direct Booking & Offline Leads

•Handle direct booking inquiries received through offline leads, including phone calls, WhatsApp, email, referrals, and corporate inquiries

•Follow up on leads promptly and professionally to maximize conversion into confirmed bookings

•Prepare and share quotations, booking details, payment terms, and stay conditions with potential guests

•Coordinate booking confirmations, guest documentation, and payment collection for direct reservations

•Manage booking extensions, amendments, and special requests for offline and direct booking guests

•Maintain accurate records of direct leads, booking status, guest details, and communications.

Reservations & Guest Coordination

•Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms

•Manage listings, availability, and pricing across booking channels

•Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately

•Coordinate check-in and check-out details with guests and internal operations teams

•Respond promptly to guest questions and provide accurate property information

•Monitor and update calendars to avoid overbooking

•Upsell additional services and promote extended stays where possible

•Maintain guest records and booking data with accuracy and confidentiality

•Resolve guest issues professionally and efficiently, while coordinating with relevant internal teams when needed

Requirements

•Proven experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service

•Familiarity with platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar

•Experience with property management systems such as Hostaway is an advantage

•Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage

•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

•Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

•Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

•Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field

•Experience in holiday homes or short-term rental management

•Knowledge of UAE holiday home regulations
