Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations from booking to guest checkout
- Handle guest communication before, during, and after the stay
- Coordinate smooth check-in & check-out
- Ensure housekeeping standards including linens, bedsheets, and towels
- Coordinate with housekeeping for cleaning and room readiness
- Optimize property listings to improve visibility and occupancy
- Manage guest reviews and resolve issues professionally
- Plan and execute marketing activities to increase bookings
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely issue resolution
Requirements
- 13 years experience in hospitality or short-term rental operations
- Hands-on experience managing bookings, housekeeping, and guest experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and guests efficiently
