Role Overview
Dream of the Desert is seeking a professional and service-oriented Reservations & Guest Relations Agent to support our guests throughout their journey—from the initial enquiry and reservation to post-trip follow-up.
The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and English, highly organised, and passionate about delivering an exceptional luxury guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle reservation enquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
* Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests accurately.
* Provide guests with clear information about journeys, accommodation, services, and policies.
* Maintain accurate guest profiles, booking records, and preferences in the reservation system.
* Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Guest Experience, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
* Manage VIP requests, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, and special occasions.
* Build positive relationships with guests and respond professionally to questions, feedback, and complaints.
* Follow up with guests before and after their journey to ensure satisfaction.
* Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and luxury service.
* Support the preparation of reservation reports and guest documentation.
* Assist with other guest experience and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
* Saudi national.
* Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in reservations, guest relations, customer service, hospitality, travel, or a similar role.
* Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
* Comfortable using reservation systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in luxury hospitality, premium travel, airlines, hotels, or tourism.
* Experience supporting VIP or high-profile guests.
* Knowledge of Saudi tourism destinations and cultural experiences.
* Additional language skills would be an advantage.
