JKS Restaurants are seeking a Reservations Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate with exceptional guest experience knowledge and skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reservations Manager to join an award‑winning and critically acclaimed group. The Position

We're looking for an experienced Reservations Manager to ensure a welcoming and engaging first impression, and an exceptional guest experience and ensuring a seamless journey for our guests from start to finish.

If you have experience in the following, then we want to hear from you:

• Proven experience as a Reservations Manager or Reception Manager in a premium or high-volume premium restaurant
• Deliver a professional and welcoming guest experience, building rapport to encourage repeat visits
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists strategically to maximise covers and service flow
• Handle guest enquiries across phone, email, and in person with professionalism and diplomacy
• Oversee VIPs, regulars, and special requests with discretion and attention to detail
• Respond to guest feedback, complaints, and last-minute changes calmly and efficiently
• Optimise table allocation to support revenue and smooth operations
• Monitor booking trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Coordinate large parties, private dining bookings, and special events
• Full proficiency in SevenRooms
