Job Description :

We are seeking a proactive and organized Reservations Officer to handle hotel bookings, flight reservations, and car rental arrangements. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and experience in travel or hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle hotel, flight, and car rental reservations


• Coordinate travel arrangements for employees or clients


• Compare rates and secure the best booking options


• Communicate with travel agencies, hotels, and vendors


• Maintain accurate booking records and schedules


• Resolve booking changes, cancellations, and travel issues


• Ensure timely confirmations and travel documentation

Requirements :

• Previous experience in reservations, travel, or hospitality


• Good knowledge of booking systems and travel platforms


• Strong communication and coordination skills


• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings


• Good English language skills
