ABOUT THE ROLE

The Reservations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for managing reservation inquiries and bookings across Soul Hospitality's growing property portfolio.

The role involves handling inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, social media, website, Airbnb, Booking.com, and other booking channels, following up with potential guests, confirming and managing reservations, and ensuring accurate booking information throughout the process.

The specialist will also be responsible for direct sales and upselling through Facebook and other channels, promoting available properties, and identifying opportunities to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing availability and rates, maintaining property listings, following up with guests, and building relationships with brokers and travel agencies to generate additional booking opportunities.

The Reservations Specialist will work as part of the Reservations Team under the Reservations Manager, while coordinating with Operations and other internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and guest experience.

The ideal candidate should combine strong communication and sales skills with attention to detail, organization, and a genuine hospitality mindset, representing Soul Hospitality professionally in every guest and partner interaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, hotel operations, property management, or vacation rentals

* Hands-on experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, or other OTA platforms is a strong advantage

* Excellent written and spoken English

* Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

* Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail

* Ability to manage multiple inquiries, bookings, and priorities efficiently

* Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

* Experience in direct sales, upselling, or social media sales is a plus

* Experience dealing with brokers, travel agencies, or corporate clients is a plus

* Knowledge of El Gouna, Sokhna, Hurghada, or other Egyptian touristic destinations is a plus

* New Cairo resident is a plus
