The Reservoir Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the Subsurface Study Team to ensure successful delivery of project objectives and timelines
The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to carbonate reservoirs, ensuring optimal strategies for field development and production enhancement
Additionally, the Reservoir Project Manager will collaborate with geoscientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate subsurface data and analysis into actionable development plans develop and implement production optimization plans that maximize reservoir performance manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources prepare detailed reports ensure compliance with industry standards drive continuous improvement in project management processes and more.
What you need to bring:
Bachelor's degree in Geology, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field Advanced degrees preferred
Minimum of 20 years experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on carbonate reservoirs, IOR, EOR and field development
Proven track record of managing subsurface studies and multidisciplinary projects
Extensive knowledge of production optimization techniques and reservoir management practices
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team of professionals
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficient in project management software and tools
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
