We are now preparing for the Mar 2027 launch of The Melgrano, a super-prime residential development located within its own private gated enclave on the Dubai Water Canal. With only 12 residences and one penthouse, The Melgrano has been conceived to combine the privacy, volume and refinement of a luxury villa with the convenience of elevated apartment living.

We are seeking an exceptional Residence Manager to lead the residents experience and day-to-day operations of this landmark asset.

What this role is about

We are hiring at this early stage, one year ahead of the building completion, because we expect the successful candidate to work closely with the 3S Capital team to fully understand all aspects of The Melgrano including elements pertaining to design, materials, and construction. A best-in-class Residence Manager knows the building inside out!

You will be entrusted with creating a world-class residential experience aligned with the standards of internationally branded and ultra-luxury residences. In the year running up to the launch of The Melgrano, you will work closely with the team at 3S Capital to understand the values behind and the vision for residents experience. During this time, you will develop all standards, policies and procedures required to ensure the residents experience is perfect at launch, and you will then be responsible for its seamless operation.

Reporting to the Board of the Owners Association and senior leadership at 3S Capital, you will:

• Serve as the principal relationship manager for owners and residents, delivering highly personalised service with discretion and warmth.

• Oversee concierge, reception, valet, guest relations, and all front-of-house functions.

• Build and train a best-in-class service culture from the ground up.

• Manage service providers, operational standards, maintenance coordination, and seamless building performance.

• Support Owners Association governance, budgeting, service charges, and regulatory matters.

• Play a leading role in the resident journey from handover through move-in and long-term occupancy.

Who you are

• 10+ years of experience, including leadership within five-star hotels, luxury resorts, branded residences, or ultra-prime residential assets.

• Proven success in owner relations, guest experience, or premium residential operations.

• A natural host and operator who combines polish with executional strength.

• Excellent communication, calm under pressure, highly discreet, emotionally intelligent, and detail-oriented.

• Experienced in leading teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders to exceptional standards.

• Pre-opening or launch experience in luxury hospitality or residences is a must.
