Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residence Manager based in Doha, Qatar. The Residence Manager will oversee daily property operations, manage rentals & Community charges, ensure outstanding customer satisfaction, and coordinate with team members to meet the high standards of The OQ. Responsibilities may include supervising budgets, maintaining organization within the property, and addressing client needs promptly and professionally to enhance the luxury experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills, with an ability to interact with diverse clients effectively
• Proven expertise in Rental/ownership Management and managing property operations
• Experience with Budgeting and financial oversight to ensure operational efficiency
• Excellent Organization Skills to maintain smooth day-to-day operations
• Ability to lead a team and solve problems efficiently
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and trends is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
