Resident Engineer (Civil) - R.E

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Required Experience:Minimum 15 Years of experience in civil site supervision

Driving License Requirement: Valid Driver's License (Mandatory)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a senior Resident Engineer (Civil) to lead our project site team, supervise construction activities, and direct overall site supervision ensuring full compliance with specifications, budgets, and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, direct, and supervise the site engineering and inspection team across all daily operations.
• Review, audit, and approve contractor method statements, shop drawings, submittals, and payment requests.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve field issues.
• Enforce full compliance with building codes, technical specifications, QA/QC standards, and HSE guidelines.
• Manage project delivery milestones, monitor schedule variances, assess change orders, and oversee final handover.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.

· Minimum 15 years of proven experience in construction supervision and site management.

· Proven leadership record managing major projects as Resident Engineer.

· Strong command of FIDIC contract administration and technical specifications.

Civil Inspector

Required Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering / Technical Studies

Required Experience:Minimum 8 Years of field inspection experience

Driving License Requirement:Valid Driver's License (Mandatory)

Role Summary:

Looking for a seasoned Civil Inspector to perform daily on-site inspections of earthworks, concrete structures, reinforcement steel, and architectural finishing works.

Key Responsibilities:

· Carry out continuous daily site inspections according to approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).

· Inspect rebar placement, formwork alignment, and witness concrete casting, slump tests, and sampling.

· Monitor daily site progress against contractor schedules and submit daily field logs.

· Identify non-conforming workmanship immediately and escalate issues to the Site Civil Engineer.

· Ensure safety barricades, scaffolding safety, and PPE guidelines are respected in civil zones.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical diploma.

· Minimum 8 years of practical site inspection experience on building/infrastructure projects.

· Practical knowledge of surveying benchmarks, reinforcement details, and site test procedures.

· Strong verbal and written field reporting abilities.
