Resident Engineer

What You'll Do:

Provide on-site and remote support for complex solutions and migrations

Handle network security operations, incident troubleshooting, and problem determination

Escalate issues to vendors and management when needed

Conduct security assessments for new and existing solutions

Maintain clear and accurate documentation for configurations, policies, and procedures

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in a similar role

Certifications: NSE 4/5/7, PCNSE, PCNSA, CEH, CCNA

Experience in RFP implementation, integration, and operations

Strong knowledge of security products & technologies

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Hands-on experience with: WAF, SSL VPN, Site-to-Site VPN, Proxies, Endpoint Security, DHCP, DNS, Firewalls, Remote Access, SD-WAN

Solid understanding of the TCP/IP stack
