Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Solid technical knowledge of materials and site execution.
Proven experience in Hospitality & Hotel Projects is a must.
Minimum of 15 years of professional experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multidisciplinary teams.
High problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:
Supervising and monitoring all site activities to ensure full compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality
standards.
Coordinating between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve technical issues.
Ensuring effective communication with contractors, consultants, and project
managers to maintain smooth project workflows.
