Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Residential Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The agent will support clients through the full property transaction lifecycle, including prospecting, conducting property viewings, advising on pricing, and preparing offers and contracts. Day-to-day tasks include managing listings, coordinating with landlords and developers, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The agent will stay current with local market trends, support new home sales initiatives, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets while delivering a professional and client-focused experience.
Qualifications

• Relevant real estate credentials, including a valid Real Estate License and practical experience in Real Estate.
• Demonstrated expertise in Residential Real Estate, including property listing, marketing, and client advisory.
• Proven track record in Sales, with experience in New Home Sales or similar client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and applicable regulations; RERA certification is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and social media for lead generation and property promotion.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are beneficial.
