To support ongoing strategic expansion across the Middle East, Rituali is currently building a dedicated Talent Pool of Resort & Boutique Hotel Management Professionals.

We are mapping dynamic, high-caliber managers experienced in steering resort operations, guest experience, and high-touch lifestyle services across ultra-luxury coastal properties, island hubs, and eco-luxury retreats.

Core Areas of Expertise We Are Mapping:

• Resort & Operational Leadership: Overseeing daily resort operations, rooms division, and guest services within ultra-luxury or eco-resort environments.

• Eco-Luxury & Heritage Integration: Seamlessly blending authentic local heritage, sustainable operational standards, and modern high-tech innovation.

• UHNW Guest Experience: Delivering bespoke lifestyle management, intuitive guest care, and personalized glove service tailored to an elite international clientele.

• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Driving operational efficiency across rooms, guest relations, and leisure amenities while maintaining the highest international standards.

Target Profile:

• Experience: Proven track record as Resort Manager, Operations Director, Assistant General Manager, or Rooms Division Lead within 5-star luxury hotels, boutique properties, or flagship eco-resorts.

• Middle East & Market Insight: Strong understanding of the GCC luxury landscape, regional guest expectations, and cultural protocols.

• Key Attributes: Utmost discretion, high emotional intelligence, strategic organizational agility, and a hands-on operational leadership approach.

• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or European languages is considered a strong asset.
