Location: Kingdom wide, but mostly Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Summary:

1. Pre-Deployment Challenge

• Review all site requests for:

Manpower (internal & outsourced)

Machinery with operators

• Validate against:

Approved baseline manpower histogram

Work front readiness

Actual site progress

• Challenge excess or premature requests before approval

2. Physical Site Verification

• Conduct unannounced site visits
• Verify:

Actual headcount vs requested

Idle or under-utilized machinery (We have telematics in all our equipment, machinery)

Operator utilization

Crew stacking or duplication

• Cross-check daily site logs against reality

3.Verification Productivity and Utilization Control

• Track:

Output per crew

Equipment idle time

Operator standby hours

• Flag:

Overstaffing

Wrong trade mix

Wrong equipment size/type

4.Outsourcing Governance

• Validate outsourced labor/machinery necessity
• Confirm:

Duration justification

Demobilization dates

• Prevent soft extensions that quietly become permanent

5.Planner & Site Challenge

• Formally challenge:

Inflated manpower curves

Defensive planning assumptions

• Force planners to justify resource logic with quantities and outputs, not opinions

6.Reporting & Escalation

• Weekly report to Operations Director:

Excess resources identified

Cost avoided

Non-compliant sites

• Immediate escalation for repeated offenders
