Position Overview
Responsible for the development of resources plans in line with production plans requirements in coordination with the service planner, infrastructure maintenance planner, and fleet maintenance planner.
Roles and Responsibility
- Create and review resources plans in line with production plans requirements and legal requirements,
- Update the resources plans to accommodate any deviation in plans,
- Maintain effective communication with production managers and supervisors,
- Ensure all tasks are resources in line with the fatigue management principles,
- Ensure full understanding of CMS and apply during resources allocation,
- Assist the Performance Analyst with the resources allocation analysis,
- Cover the Planning Manager during absence.
Desirable qualifications, skills and experience
Academic Qualifications:
- School certificate or equivalent
Professional Qualifications:
- Familiar with SAP
- Personal Track Safety
- ER Rulebook Modules 1, 2, 3 & 4.
Experience:
- Quality Management Experience
Other Skills:
- English as first language or advanced level of written and verbal skills
- Ability to work in multicultural teams
- Microsoft Office knowledge
