Responsibilities
Develop and implement a quality assurance program that meets the needs of the company
Design and execute test plans to ensure adherence to specifications and requirements
Manage and evaluate test results to identify defects and areas for improvement
Collaborate with development teams to ensure that software products meet user requirements
Participate in design, code, and integration reviews to provide feedback on quality issues
Define and maintain quality standards and processes for all stages of the software development lifecycle
Develop and manage testing documentation, reports, and metrics
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in quality assurance for information technology and services companies
Excellent knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle, including agile methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and in a fast-paced environment.
