Responsible Sourcing & Compliance Officer

Job Purpose

We are seeking a Responsible Sourcing & Compliance Officer to ensure that all gold and precious metals traded by the company are sourced responsibly, ethically, and in line with international standards. This role combines supply chain due diligence, AML/CFT compliance, and regulatory reporting, safeguarding the company against financial crime and reputational risks while promoting ethical trade practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Law, Finance, or related field.
• • 3+ of experience in compliance, AML/CFT, or responsible sourcing (experience in gold/precious metals sector is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of OECD, DMCC, FATF, and UAE Ministry of Economy regulations.
• Proven track record in risk-based compliance frameworks and stakeholder screening.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with compliance or screening tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, other language is desirable.
