Restaurant Assistant General Manager - La Maison Ani

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced RestaurantAssistant General Manager to join our team at La Maison Ani in Dubai.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a senior management role within fine dining restaurant concepts.
• Proven background in high-volume restaurant operations with experience leading large teams.
• Strong knowledge of French cuisine or a background in French concepts.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong understanding of hospitality trends, guest expectations, and premium dining standards
• Highly motivated and passionate, with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
• Lead shifts and ensure consistent service quality and team performance.
• Resolve guest concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Assist with controlling labor, food costs, and other operating expenses.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory, ordering, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Help execute marketing promotions and community engagement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team support skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Working knowledge of restaurant financials and cost control.
• Understanding of restaurant operations and food safety regulations.
