A private members club in the making inside Cinemacity Starlight, Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi-

Film, dining and private occasions under one roof.

We're looking for someone who already knows what a good evening feels like from the guest's side of the table, and who can make it happen every night.

The role

You'll lead the club, the restaurant and the private events, and every member's evening from arrival to the last table. We need someone hands-on, with high hospitality standards and a clear sense of the business.

Scope of job

• Run daily club and restaurant operations, keeping food, beverage and service consistent
• Lead, train and develop a team that knows each member by name
• Take private events, corporate functions and special occasions from first enquiry to the final guest leaving
• Build lasting relationships with members, clients and partners that bring repeat business and new bookings
• Work with marketing on events and programming that fit 1927's identity
• Manage budgets, inventory and operating costs against revenue and profit targets

Experience needed

• 5+ years in management at comparable venues that combine club, restaurant and events
• Strong F&B knowledge and premium hospitality standards
• A track record of planning and delivering events
• Proven sales results and client relationship building
• Strong leadership, communication and organisation, and a hands-on way of working
• Fluent English. Arabic is an advantage
• Availability for evenings, weekends and events
