We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and meticulous professional who enjoys leading, motivating and driving the team of a Modern Brasserie, to deliver the finest of the old world Grand Cafe with a creative twist.

This modern brasserie concept fuses the classical beauty and technique of a French Brasserie with modern, innovative thinking.The restaurant is about the freedom to adapt, to play and to be inspired by classicism and urbanism at once. We want this offering to be inspired by female chefs and the energetic food culture of Kuwait. This is a wonderful symbol of change - out of the box thinking that can take a traditional brasserie to the next level.

This position requires hands-on leadership with strong people management, capable of teaching, mentoring, and inspiring a team in a high volume, upscale restaurant. Ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day operation, while guaranteeing the delivery of the restaurants operational strategies and standards.
