A Restaurant General Manager is responsible for managing the restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines. He/She will serve as a brand ambassador for the company, representing the brand positively in a multitude of settings, being an opinion leader in his/her community, and providing feedback and insight on new products or services.
