Job Summary

As Restaurant General Manager at Tom & Serg Abu Dhabi, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the venue and bring the Tom & Serg experience to life in the capital.

You'll take full ownership of the restaurant, from team culture and guest experience to commercial performance and operational standards.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the overall day-to-day operation of Tom & Serg Abu Dhabi
• Create a strong team culture and ensure a consistently great guest experience
• Take ownership of revenue, labour, costs, and overall restaurant performance
• Drive training, development, and performance across the team
• Maintain high standards across service, food, coffee, cleanliness, and presentation

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within a high-volume hospitality environment
• Strong background in all-day dining, premium casual dining, or lifestyle-led restaurant concepts
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of P&L, cost control, and restaurant performance
• Passion for great food, specialty coffee, and genuine hospitality
• Strong communication and people-management skills
• Previous UAE or Middle East experience is an advantage
