Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Giza and Tagamo for a Restaurant Host/Hostess at Carlo's Restaurants. The Restaurant Host/Hostess will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, managing reservations, assigning tables, and coordinating seating arrangements. Additional responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and handling guest inquiries professionally. The role also involves assisting with phone calls related to reservations and answering customer questions.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and proven ability to create a positive and welcoming environment
- Experience in managing Reservations efficiently and effectively
- Excellent Communication skills and proficiency in Customer Service
- Professional Phone Etiquette and ability to manage guest inquiries confidently
- Ability to multitask, maintain composure in a fast-paced environment, and work as part of a team
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background
