This is a full-time on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional service and dining experiences for guests. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining food and beverage quality, and driving operational efficiency. The Manager will also be responsible for hiring, training, and fostering a high-performing team while upholding the company's values and vision.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to create exceptional dining experiences and address guest needs effectively.
• Proficiency in Hiring and team management to build and maintain a high-performing workforce.
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations, including maintaining quality and standards.
• Leadership abilities, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Relevant experience in restaurant management or the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
