About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-driven Restaurant Manager, who will be responsible for leading the restaurant's day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will drive service excellence, team performance, cost control, and operational discipline ensuring consistently high standards across every touchpoint. Someone who has managed similar roles & at least 3-4 years of Stand-alone restaurant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute operational plans to ensure a strong opening and consistently high-performing operations.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive culture and strong teamwork.
- Build a guest-first service culture focused on personalized, attentive service and consistent standards.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and development plans.
- Oversee daily operations: opening/closing procedures, scheduling, inventory, and financial controls.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency in collaboration with the kitchen team.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure high-quality sourcing while controlling costs and meeting budget targets.
- Partner with marketing teams to implement promotions and initiatives that grow footfall and repeat visits.
- Monitor operational and financial performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements for efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (or similar), preferably in a high-end establishment.
- Strong knowledge in menu engineering (ingredients, techniques, and presentation).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (team, guests, suppliers).
- Strong commercial and financial understanding (budgets, reporting, cost control).
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving and multitasking.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
