Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our Asian concept restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent guest service standards, and a solid understanding of Asian cuisine and restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team.
  • Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and labor costs.
  • Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and service standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
