Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Doha, Qatar, for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing the hiring process, maintaining compliance with food and beverage standards, and ensuring smooth service delivery. The Restaurant Manager will also handle customer interactions, address concerns, and support team development for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Proven experience in Hiring and team management to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and expertise in Food & Beverage standards and operations to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage a dynamic restaurant environment effectively.
  • Strong English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Experience in restaurant management or a related field is required.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
