Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service standards, manage staff efficiently, and drive profitability while maintaining a high-quality dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service
- Manage, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Implement operational policies, health and safety standards, and compliance with UAE regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage ordering of supplies
- Plan and execute marketing, promotions, and special events to drive revenue
- Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar F&B leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and UAE hospitality regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and cost management
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
