A high-end homegrown concept is seeking a service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead its pre-opening operations. This role is central to shaping and delivering a refined guest experience rooted in authenticity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full daily operations of the restaurant, overseeing service, staffing, training, and guest engagement
• Translate the vision of the homegrown concept into operational excellence and team mindset
• Support pre-opening planning and execution
• Foster a strong front-of-house culture that balances luxury with genuine hospitality
• Implement and promote sustainable practices in sourcing and operations
• Build strong relationships across all stakeholder groups and represent the brand with pride

Key Ingredients:

• Previous experience in fine dining or Michelin-recognised venues
• Arabic speaking is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Proven experience in managing high-end, boutique-scale operations
