This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, lead and motivate team members, and maintain high standards of service and food quality. Key responsibilities include managing staff hiring and training, streamlining restaurant processes, maintaining compliance with safety and hygiene regulations, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all customers.

• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure high-quality guest experiences and address feedback effectively.
• Experience in Hiring and team management, including recruitment, training, and staff development.
• Strong Communication skills to lead teams, interact with customers, and coordinate with suppliers.
• In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu management and quality control.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, inventory, and operational efficiency.
• Previous experience in quick-service restaurants or the food and beverage industry is preferred.
