The Role:
Are you a passionate hospitality leader with a flair for vibrant dining experiences We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead Malibu, our lively, sun-soaked California-inspired outlet at The Ned Doha.
About Malibu:
Malibu brings relaxed West Coast energy to Doha fresh flavors, creative beverages, and a buzzing social atmosphere. As Restaurant Manager, you will be at the heart of delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and inspire the restaurant team to deliver outstanding, personalized service
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards
- Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance development
- Drive revenue growth through effective upselling, promotions, and guest engagement
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and P&L management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Maintain strong guest relations, handling feedback professionally and proactively
About You:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, upscale or luxury-fine dining restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets and targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for food, beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences
- Previous Middle East experience is an advantage
